Victoria Drive Community
Victoria borders Argyle Street to the West, Nanaimo Street to the East,E. 22nd Ave to the North and 41st Ave the South.
The North part of this area borders Trout Lake which has great trails, dog parks and baseball parks. It is also home to a phenomenal farmers market during part of the year. As you move South in the area Kingsway dissects the neighbourhood and you will find more of the Townhomes and condos along Kingsway. You can find some nice townhomes in this area in the low $500K range. The further you move away from Kingsway the more you will see an increase in price.
As the city moves East we are seeing families really aim to be as close to Trout Lake as possible. There are some great townhomes for young families and some loft like townhomes for the professionals who want a gorgeous space that may not be quite as suitable for kids.
