Killarney Community
Killarney is as South East as you can go in Vancouver. It is a large neighbourhood that borders 41st Ave to the North and E. 54th Ave to the South, Argyle Street to the West and Boundary Road to the East.
This area is quite a bit older with most of the townhomes and duplexes were built in the early to mid 90’s. There has not been much new construction as most of this area is single family homes. It is important to have very sound advise buying in some of these buildings to stay clear of buildings with water ingress or poorly run stratas.
