Knight goes from Windsor Street to the West, Argyle Street to the East, E. 22nd Ave to the North and 49th Ave to the South.  This is a very small area that sees some more affordability as Knight Street is a major through road.  You can likely find a relatively new townhouse in the $550K range.

This area is predominantly new families that are having children and older residents that have lived in the area for a long time.  There is no sky train system here so most people are either in cars or using the bus system.

One of the big advantages to this area for young families is the access to Charles Dickens Elementary school who’s catchment is in this area, more specifically Kensington Cedar-Cottage.  This elementary school traditionally ranks at the top of the charts in Vancouver.
